Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Reasons and Seller-Fault Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons, particularly if the fault lies with Cera Garden:

• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect or wrong item shipped
• Missing parts or accessories
• Products not as described on our website

If your return reason falls under seller fault as listed above, we will cover shipping costs for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our European Union customers, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Please notify us within this period to initiate a return and refund.

Refunds Timing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs for returns due to customer change of mind are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return falls under seller-fault reasons.
